About the Venue

Just five minutes’ walk from Earl’s Court Station, Refettorio Felix provides an alluring space for all sorts of bespoke events each evening and weekend. The hall has been renovated by interior designer Ilse Crawford who has created a calming and welcoming ambience with low hanging pendant lights, teal-hued walls and plenty of plants. All hire fees go towards supporting our community dining project and charity.

Need to know


We are available to hire evening (available from 4.30pm) and weekends (all day). We have a curfew of 11.30pm at weeknights and midnight on Friday and Saturday evenings.


Between 60-80 guests seated at tables and 120-150 standing or in theatre style. We have 11 tables in the main hall and two on the stage with up to 100 chairs available.


We have a BYOB policy on alcohol while temporary licences can be applied for when the sale of alcohol is required.

Dry Hire

Our space is versatile and welcoming, suitable for a variety of different events including workshops, corporate networking, book launches, talks and press conferences. The stage area provides a great space for speeches, live music performances or breakout groups, while the dining room is a light and airy space for all kinds of get-togethers. We also encourage other community groups and social enterprises to make use of our space at a reduced rate.


Catered Events

We are partnered with two catering companies, Cater London and Tasting Plates, who we have strong relationships with and have hosted many wonderful events together.

Cater bring a tailored approach to our private dining service to ensure the vision of each hirer is fully realised. Dishes are created from best-quality produce sourced from small independent producers to create a dining experience focussed on seasonality, sustainability and flavour. As well as delicious food, Cater can supply engaging front of house staff, expert bartenders, event managers and any other logistical requirements to ensure that the event runs seamlessly from beginning to end.

Tasting Plates are a young, energetic provider of great food, professional service and efficient event management. Joe and Toby will help advise and organise every aspect of your day, from your bespoke menu – created using locally sourced and sustainable ingredients, to the friendly faces behind the bar, through to the set up of the hall – just how you imagined it. They will use their extensive knowledge of our venue to help you plan your perfect event.


Wedding Events

Our stunning venue is the perfect blank canvas to fulfil your wedding wishes, where you can create a unique and memorable occasion and choose every detail that suits your taste. We have great acoustics for live music and on-site catering facilities and a dedicated catering team who fit the bill for both formal affairs and relaxed sharing plates. The hall can be dressed up as you wish with decorations, flowers and table settings to make it look really magical.
