On a warm Wednesday in early May, we were delighted to welcome Anna Tobias into the Refettorio's kitchen. Known for her simple, ingredient-led cookery, and having just completed a 6 month residency at P.Franco, Anna treated our guests to a deliciously rustic meal.
Chefs Ben, Amber, Mark and Will from The Dairy joined the Refettorio family in the end of April to cook a Spring feast. They will be cooking their seasonal healthy and delicious cuisine for our guests each month going forward.
