Mental Health Advice

Tina is our full-time MBACP (Accred) Psychotherapist with over 20 years’ experience in Mental Health and Homeless support. She can provide confidential emotional support on whatever may be troubling you, or can refer you to more specialist services if necessary. She is available for 1-to-1 mental health advice sessions Monday - Friday by appointment or by mobile.

Boulderstone Technique

Adele's Boulderstone Technique sessions in the Green Rooms are reserved for clients recognised by the center. The Boulderstone Technique stands out as a hands-on therapy designed to assess and eliminate allergies and food intolerances.

Beyond that, Adele effectively addresses physical and emotional trauma, anxieties, and stress through the technique, yielding remarkable and instant results. To schedule appointments, reach out to a staff member during lunch service. For additional information, please explore www.boulderstonetechnique.com

Craniosacral Therapy

We offer craniosacral therapy with Magda, a gentle and non-invasive bodywork focusing on the craniosacral system surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Sessions are reserved for clients recognised by the centre. This therapy aims to release tension, promoting relaxation and enhancing the body's natural healing abilities.

The light touch approach addresses physical and emotional issues, providing clients with a holistic approach to well-being and potential benefits such as stress reduction, improved sleep, and overall balance. For more information please explore https://www.ccst.co.uk/tutors-at-ccst/
