Culinary Training

In September 2018, our inaugural culinary training workshop will empower our guests to gain skills, build confidence and improve employability.

Culinary certification and skills training

In a professional kitchen environment, participants build confidence, acquire life skills, gain culinary know-how & learn about table etiquette. Each participant will be asked to volunteer during the Refettorio lunch service to gain professional kitchen experience. Through kitchen skills, participants will build confidence and self-motivation as well as enjoy socialising and feeling part of a team.

Promoting a healthy lifestyle

Our workshops will arm each participant not only with professional aptitude in the kitchen but also help them gain an understanding of nutrition and diet, helping them learn about cooking a balanced meal and gaining a respect for food and hospitality services.
